UCM Match This is a standing match at Diggle, every organised CSR matches have the UCM to start the day, normal format applies on a well run range for this match. It is a favourite with all shooters, not easy to get right as Ady found out this month managing to somehow cross shoot and lose all points at 100. Trev picked up the win in Service optic. Short Range Practices Match

A much better day for the weather on this one, warm but very windy, a challenge for some for sure. Practices were as Follows: 100yds, Standing and sitting with a mag change, one 50 second exposure. 100yds. Sitting to prone with a mag change, one 50 second exposure. 200yds. Sitting to prone with a mag change, one 50 second exposure. 300yds, Prone snaps, 10x 3 second exposures. 300yds, Prone rapid, one 50 second exposure. A decent course of fire with the addition of positional changes and mag changes each five rounds makes for an interesting shoot. The 100 and 200yds practices were shot using the small Figure 14 widow targets with both 300yds practices using the Figure 12 target. Wind caught some shooters out, it wasn't quite as it seemed, with the firing point wind direction being one way, and towards the butts, a completely other direction. As far as scores goes, Trev came second in class just a couple of points behind the winner, with Russ finishing third, good shooting Russ!
