Diggle CSR League July 2026

Summary It seems the word about Diggle CSR is definitely out!

This is the second month where the maximum attendance was met, it seems odd to say that we only used 7 lanes this month but given the old workings and the space in the butts on B range, seven lanes was about all the team could fit in safely. 28 firers on this with a good mix of Practical optic, service optic and irons in competition! Russ and Trev flying the flag for Reepham on this one with Trev Winning the Short Range match dropping just 6 points from a possible 250 and coming second (by four points) in the EIC match.

Todays Matches Two matches this month and something different. The weather was almost perfect, light wind and some sun in the afternoon. Short Range Match A great 5x practice match testing stamina and patience with some testing standing and sitting practices at 100, 200 and as well as some rapid practices at 300yds. EIC (Excellence in Competition) Match This match is 6 practices in quick succession. Firers shoot two practices at 300, 200 & 100 and are mandated to use 2x 5rnd magazines. Sounds easy, but no discs are shown, and scores are given at the end of each second practice. This match proves to be the levelling of all shooters. The wind did play its part in the afternoon for this shoot.

We are no longer allowed to furnish photos as the PSSA have banned them, apologies, we will simply be re using some others for now, we have plenty in archive!
